Return Policy

We replace products that have a manufacturing defect or that are damaged during shipping. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at support@partsmagenet.com

All issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to qualify for a return.

Our return policy is valid for 10 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot offer an exchange after the 10-day period has passed.

Eligibility for Exchange

  • To be eligible for an exchange:
  • The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Items Not Eligible for Exchange

  • Items not in their original condition, or those damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item returned more than 10 days after delivery.

Refunds

Refund processing may take up to 7 working days. Once processed, funds may take an additional 24–48 hours to reflect in your bank account, depending on your provider.

There are no returns or refunds on any electrical products
